The former governor of Lagos state Ahmed Bola Tinubu, popularly regarded as the Jagaban of Africa, Asiwaju of Lagos visits Sultan of Sokoto.
PulseNets gathers that the purpose of the visit is as result of his bid for the presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress, APC to enable him, contest in forthcoming General elections.
The Sultanate of Sokoto is a traditional state in Northern Nigeria with headquarters in the city of Sokoto, capital of the modern Sokoto State and is ruled by Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar as the Sultan.
The seat of the sultan is said to have a lot of power and influence in almost all activities, politics very much included in Northern Nigeria.
