In a brief statement, Buhari’s spokesperson Femi Adesina confirmed that he has agreed to accept the invitation extended by Umaro Sissolo Embalo, the president of Guinea-Bissau.

The declaration added that the one-day event would highlight President Buhari’s leadership on the West Coast, particularly in Guinea Bissau.

For frequently advising and inspiring their leaders on the qualities of peace, political inclusivity, integrity, and fostering a robust economy that fosters communal wealth, Buhari has won the respect of Guinea-Bissau.

President Buhari and the Nigerian delegation will have the chance to meet bilaterally during their trip to Bissau.

Amb. Zubairu Dada, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Maj. Gen. Mohammed B. Monguno (retired), and Amb. Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, will travel with the Nigerian President.
