Davido Breaks Silence on DNA Test Allegation, Says Results Prove He Is Not Teenage Girl’s Father
Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has firmly denied claims alleging that he fathered a teenage girl who recently called for a DNA test to establish her paternity.
The award-winning singer clarified that he has never had any form of intimate or personal relationship with the girl’s mother, stressing that his first-ever contact with both mother and child was during the DNA testing process, PulseNets learnt.
Davido disclosed that five separate DNA tests were conducted at different medical facilities to address the allegations conclusively. He explained that he personally nominated three of the medical centres, while the remaining two were selected by the girl and her mother, according to information obtained by PulseNets.
Speaking on the outcome, the singer stated that all five test results consistently confirmed that he is not the biological father of the teenager. He described the experience as emotionally draining and unsettling.
Davido further accused the girl’s mother of acting inappropriately throughout the process but was careful to absolve the teenager of any wrongdoing, PulseNets reported.
“I have never been involved with her mother in any capacity, and the only time I met them was for the DNA tests,” the singer said.
He added that the ordeal took a significant emotional toll on him, noting that the facts had now been clearly established through medical evidence.

“This will be the final time I address this issue publicly. The results speak for themselves, and the matter should be considered closed,” Davido told PulseNets.
The Afrobeats star maintained that the controversy should be laid to rest, urging the public to respect the outcome of the DNA tests and allow all parties involved to move forward.
