3. A former secretary to the government of the federation, Babachir Lawal, has once more criticized the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress, saying that Northern Nigerian Christians will not waver in their support of justice, equity, and fair play.

4. In the Ipaja region of Lagos State, two suspected scammers, Rotimi Fisher and Sherif Adebayo, are accused of defrauding a 23-year-old woman. Adebayo allegedly sexually assaulted the victim after luring her to an unfinished structure on Majiyagbe Street in Ipaja, according to the suspects.

9. The Federal Road Safety Corps, or FRSC, has reported that a single accident in the Nigerian village of Zanchita on the Bida-Kutugi Road resulted in four fatalities and ten injuries. According to the FRSC, there was only one accident yesterday at about 9:25 a.m., and four of the passengers died there.

10. Festus Keyamo, a spokesperson for the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, has released the first episode of his highly-publicized podcast just days before the official start of the election campaign. On Saturday night, Keyamo posted a portion of his debut podcast on social media and the Whatsapp network.
