The Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Tuesday issued a statement regarding the selection of Nigeria’s next President ahead of the 2023 election.
Primate Ayodele revealed that “cabals in President Muhammadu Buhari’s camp” would select the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate.
He warned that the decision of the cabal to choose the presidential candidate of the party would lead to the breaking of the ruling party.
In a statement by his spokesman, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele said: “The Cabals in President Buhari’s government will determine the APC 2023 Presidential candidate. It will not be a democratic process, the cabals will decide and this will lead to the breaking of APC soon.”
He also spoke on the rumoured political ambitions of CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, and the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
He noted that only God can stop them from pursuing a political ambition in 2023.
Primate Ayodele disclosed that Emefiele wants to resign to pursue a political ambition but warned that he should seek the face of God so he won’t make mistakes.
“The Governor of CBN, Godwin Emefiele and AGF Abubakar Malami have political ambitions, only God can stop them from pursuing their ambitions.
“Godwin Emefiele will want to resign to pursue his ambition but I urge him to seek the face of God to avoid making mistakes,” he said.
Furthermore, he revealed that there would be changes in the CBN helms of affairs, and some of the officials will face Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) challenges.
