Kuje town in the Federal capital Territory is currently under attack PulseNets can report.
An eyewitness who wish to be anonymous told PulseNets there are heavy shootings in the area currently and a sound which seemed like a bomb was also heard.
The eyewitness told PulseNets the shootings are on the Kuje prison.
