Osun FCMB Manager is arrested by ICPC for violating the new naira notes policy
In Osogbo, Osun State, the ICPC Compliance Team in Oshogbo raided an FCMB where some ATMs were stocked with cash but had their wrappers left on, preventing the cash from being released. The Team thus gave the order to have the wrappers taken off and the money loaded correctly.
The Team found that one of the ATMs still had the wrappers put inside when they made a follow-up visit the following day to determine the level of compliance.
The Bank’s operation manager was detained and brought in for interrogation.
