Davido building a house for himself and wife, Chioma at Eko Atlantic city

Davido is building a mansion for himself and his wife in Eko Atlantic city.

The Nigerian afrobeats superstar made this known during an interview on the Drink Champs podcast. He said that he believes real estate is a lucrative investment, and that he is currently building a house for himself and his wife at Eko Atlantic city.

Eko Atlantic city is a new development in Lagos, Nigeria, that is designed to be a financial and commercial hub. The city is located on reclaimed land, and it is home to some of the most expensive real estate in the country.

Davido said that his new house will be located by the beach, and that it will be “quiet dope.” He also said that he is excited about the future of Eko Atlantic city, and that he believes it will be a great place to live and raise a family.

He said, “Real estate right now, I will say in Lagos. People have really been building some new dope infrastructures. Yeah, a very good investment, I’m telling you.

“You can buy a place for like $1.5 million…But you sell it for like $4 million. I will tell you, it is a very good investment. My new house I’m building now, for me and my wife, is by the beach; it’s at Eko Atlantic [city]. It’s quiet dope. A lot of good buildings. Amazing.”

It is worth noting that Davido’s previous mansion in Banana Island was recently put up for sale. The singer reportedly moved out of the house after his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, drowned in a swimming pool at the residence.
