Francis Biobarakuma who is running for the 2023 Bayelsa State House Of Assembly election from Nembe Constituency 3 won his party’s nomination.
Today Tuesday 31st of May 2022 the Accord party held its primaries for House of Assembly election nation wide.
That of Nembe Constituency 3 was held at Ikensi, the headquarters of the Constituency.
In his victory speech, Mr. Francis thanked the party chairman of the Bayelsa State chapter of the party, party leaders in the state, and the delegates for finding him worthy to represent the party.
The nominee also thanked his hosts, the people of Ikensi community, INEC, the Nigerian Police, the DSS, local vigilantes for their professional conduct.
Mr. Biobarakuma said he is running on a manifesto centered on being “intentional about making life easier and meaningful for people through bills and collaborations towards achieving quality education, 21st century skills acquisition for his constituents, transparency in governance, and innovation driven partnerships with talented people in the state.”
“This election is about making life easier for our people versus following the same set of people who have made life difficult for our people,” Mr. Biobarakuma said.
“Now it is in the hands of the great people of Nembe Constituency 3 to work with me to make life easier and meaningful for our people,” he said.
