The Delta Speaker, Oborevwori Sheriff, has been confirmed by the Supreme Court as the proper candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State.
Justice Tijani Abubakar, who delivered the lead judgement, also dismissed David Edevbie’s appeal for lack of merit.
The Supreme Court upheld the Court of Appeal’s decision from August 29 of this year.
