A video of ousted Gabon President Ali Bongo calling for his “friends” to speak up following a successful military coup in the oil-rich central African country has emerged.
Bongo in the video asked his friends to “make noise” about the people who arrested him and his family.
He said, “I’m sending a message to all friends that we have all over the world to tell them to make noise for… the people here who arrested me and my family”.
