Nigerian Electoral body, INEC, on Friday, published the personal particulars of each candidates and their running mates, nominated by 17 political parties for the Bayelsa State Governorship election.
INEC made this known in a statement released on Friday evening, stating that the particulars were published in its State headquarters in Yenagoa, the state capital.
According to the Commission in the statement, the publication of the particulars of the candidates and their running mates was in accordance with Section 29(3) of the Electoral Act 2022.
The further announced that election for the next governor of Bayelsa State will hold on November 11, 2023.
