Checks have shown that Amazon has ranked human rights lawyer and activist, Dele Farotimi’s book “Nigeria and Its Criminal Justice System” as one of the ‘bestsellers’ on its platform.
This is due to massive demands from Nigerians who are eager to read about how legal luminary, Afe Babalola and other notable personalities were allegedly indicted as having corrupted the country’s judicial system.
Oxley Technologies reports that the book is currently being ranked as the 622 best seller on Amazon after the platform recorded massive sales from Nigerians.
“The winner in this debacle btwn Mr Farotimi & Babalola will be Uncle Dele. His book is currently ranked 622 in Amazon Bestseller rankings. This comes with massive amount of sells. They’ve ended up given the book the publicity that wasn’t intended. Uncle Dele’s smiling to the bank,” the platform wrote on X.
Another X user, Due Process Integrity Vanguard said: “Dele Farotimi’s book has skyrocketed to Amazon bestseller status—an incredible overnight success!”
