Niger Delta Youth Parliament (NDYP) holds her 3rd Plenary in Port Harcourt tagged 3rd Extraordinary Plenary session and Youth discourse with the theme ThE Amended Electoral Act: Leveraging On Its Gains for Youth Participation in Governance.
The Speaker of the parliament Rt. Hon. Ifon Daniel Samuel welcomed various dignitaries including the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Owunari Georgewill, Chief Barr. Dumo Lulu Briggs, Rev. Dr. Elix Akara, Ho. Hope Ikiriko, Dr. Mrs. Victoria Osaruchi Sam-Kalagbor amongst others too numerous to mention.
