‘Obidient’ rallies: Bwala says APC in decline, Atiku made Obi popular

According to Daniel Bwala, a spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign, the All Progressives Congress, APC, is in decline as seen by the enormous demonstrations organised by Peter Obi’s supporters concurrently in several important towns across the nation, particularly Kaduna.

This was revealed by Bwala in a string of tweets on Saturday.

The “Obidients,” as Obi’s fans are known, organised “one million marches” in numerous States to honour Independence Day.

Bwala, in response to the enormous audience that attended the ceremony, claimed that Atiku popularised Obi and that the large turnout was evidence of the APC’s downfall.

Part of his tweet read: “The crowd at Pitobi @PeterObi rally in Kaduna despite @elrufai…suggests the decline of APC in that State. This is even Labour, not PDP, Obi not Atiku. The EA amendment has de-mystified governors. If the 2015 APC victory does not humble APC, the 2023 APC defeat would humiliate them.

“That’s all you need to hear from your hero to know @atiku is a leader and a boss. He believes in the Ndi Igbos. He made @PeterObi famous and has said in Enugu this week that after his presidency, he will ensure the actualization of the Igbo presidency. Vote the real deal”, he wrote.

The gathering in Lagos, he said, demonstrated that his supporters were spread throughout the APC’s heartland, and he further stated that Obi had taken over the South-cities West’s and towns.
