Port Harcourt fuel queues returns as a litre sells for N300

Petrol import drop by 60%

The capital of Rivers State, Port Harcourt, is once again experiencing fuel lines.

PulseNets discovered that the majority of gas stations are not providing fuel as the product’s shortage bites deeper.

The few filing stations that have been put into operation charge between N290 and N300 per litre.

According to a representative of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria’s Port Harcourt chapter, the shortage is the result of a shortage of product at the depot.

Only one private depot out of the 19 in Rivers State is selling goods to marketers, according to IPMAN.

Francis Dimkpa, the head of the Petroleum Petroleum Retail Outlets owners Association of Nigeria for the state of Rivers, also said that there is “insufficient” product not the depots spread around the state.
