Residents of Port Harcourt have uncovered thousands of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) buried in a drainage. This is coming some days after reports of buried PVCs were discovered in Imo state.
PulseNets learnt the discovery was at Rumudara area of Port harcourt as heard in the video.
