Except for Real Madrid, all LaLiga teams have been eliminated from the current season of the Champions League.

Barcelona and Atletico Madrid were both out of the running on Wednesday night.

Before playing Bayern Munich at the Nou Camp, Barca already knew they had been eliminated.

This comes after Viktoria Plzen was demoted to the Europa League with Inter Milan’s 4-0 victory over them.

At the San Siro, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Romelu Lukaku both scored goals, and Edin Dzeko scored twice.

Bayern Munich finally hammered Barca 3-0.

Atletico Madrid’s 2-2 draw at home against Bayer Leverkusen, in which they missed a late penalty, resulted in their elimination from the Champions League.

Yannick Carrasco’s penalty kick was saved by Lukas Hradecky before Saul Niguez’s follow-up shot struck the crossbar.

As a result, Diego Simeone’s team will exit in the group stage just twice in the previous ten years.

Moussa Diaby gave Leverkusen the lead, but Carrasco helped Atletico tie the score.
