Pregnant Woman and Daughter Tragically Lose Lives in Auto Crash
A trip from Ebonyi State to Onitsha, Anambra State, has ended in heartbreak after a devastating auto accident claimed the lives of a pregnant woman and her daughter on Tuesday.
The vehicle, carrying passengers, including the expectant mother and her daughter and some members of her family somersaulted along the way to Onitsha and caught fire, leading to a tragic end for the mother and her daughter.
PulseNets learnt the pregnant woman’s younger brother was able to save their mother, sister and her son. Despite efforts to escape the wreckage, the pregnant woman and her daughter were unable to make it out in time, succumbing to the flames.

PulseNets do not know the cause of the accident at the time of writing this report as investigation is still been conducted. The driver of the vehicle reportedly fled the scene before the fire erupted, leaving the passengers to fend for themselves. While some managed to escape through the window, others, including the mother and one of her daughter, were unable to do so in time.
