Pascal Okechukwu, widely recognised as Cubana Chief Priest, has formally declared his intention to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The socialite made the disclosure in a video circulating online following his visit to the APC secretariat in Imo State, where party stakeholders received him.

In the footage, he informed party officials of his ambition to represent the Orsu, Orlu and Oru East Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.

In an accompanying caption, he noted that he had briefed party leaders on his political aspiration and was reassured of their backing.

“I came to congratulate and encourage our party leaders and also to share my humble desire to represent my people at the House of Representatives,” he said. “God is in control; let His will be done.”

During the engagement, a party chieftain commended his profile, describing him as a multifaceted personality with measurable influence.

“I don’t know if you’re a motivational speaker, businessman, or politician; you fit into all,” the official said, adding that the party would support his ambition.
