JAMB Opens Portal for 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip Printing Ahead of June 13 Examination
Candidates scheduled to participate in the 2026 Mop-Up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now print their examination notification slips following the activation of the portal by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, announced on Sunday that eligible candidates are now able to access and print their examination slips ahead of the mop-up exercise slated for Saturday, June 13, 2026.
PulseNets learnt that the examination notification slip contains critical information required for participation in the examination, including candidates’ examination centres, dates, scheduled times, and other important instructions designed to ensure a seamless conduct of the exercise.
According to Benjamin, the mop-up examination is specifically arranged for candidates who were unable to sit for the earlier UTME due to technical issues, as well as those whose biometric verification processes could not be successfully completed during the main examination.
He urged all eligible candidates to visit the Board’s official portal and select the “Print 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip” option to access their examination details, stressing the importance of printing the slips early to avoid last-minute difficulties.
PulseNets reports that JAMB also advised candidates to visit their assigned examination centres before the examination date to familiarise themselves with the locations and prevent delays on the day of the test.

The Board further emphasised that the mop-up examination serves as the final opportunity for qualified candidates to participate in the 2026 UTME, noting that no additional examination will be conducted after the exercise.
Candidates were encouraged to prepare thoroughly and make the most of the opportunity provided through the mop-up examination.
