Elon Musk Adds Audio, Video Calling Features to Twitter

Twitter owner, Elon Musk, has announced some major feature additions to the popular microblogging platform.

He said Twitter will get video, audio calls and encrypted chat features soon.

PulseNets gathered that Musk disclosed this in a tweet on Wednesday, May 10, morning.

Musk said with the latest version of Twitter, users can reply to any message in a thread.

He said the encrypted DMs V1.0 trial will commence on May 11, 2023.

He, however, explained that the voice and video chat features would not necessarily mean giving out users’ phone numbers.
