1. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress’s presidential candidate, was not present when other presidential contenders signed a peace agreement on Thursday ahead of the 2023 elections. Kashim Shettima, who is Tinubu’s running mate and is now in London, served as his representative.
