Governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are trickling into the Oyo State Governors Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, for a ‘crucial meeting’.
The PDP Governors’ Forum will have key issues on its agenda, including the state of the nation, the upcoming Edo State gubernatorial election, and strategising for the party’s crucial National Executive Committee meeting.
Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State and his Zamfara counterpart, Dauda Lawal, were among the early arrivals, this publication learnt.
Recall that in November last year, the forum had a similar meeting, which was hosted by the Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed.
