Power has been restored after a nationwide blackout following a grid collapse that lasted for hours.
PulseNets reports that the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has announced that power supply has been restored to its customers after a nationwide blackout.
The blackout occurred on Thursday morning and was reportedly caused by multiple factors, including a shortage of gas supply to power plants and technical problems at some transmission stations.
