The certificate commemorates Tonye Solomon’s awe-inspiring attempt on August 10, where he achieved the remarkable feat of climbing steps while skillfully balancing a ball on his head.
The unveiling was done by Dr. Gentle E. Emelah, Commissioner for Education Bayelsa State.
