Antonio Conte has revealed what he told his forward, Heung-min Son after the South Korean came off the banch to score a 30-minute hat-trick against Leicester City on Saturday.
The South Korean forward has endured a poor start to the new season by his own high standards, recording just one assist in all competitions going into this weekend
Conte yesterday decided to drop the 30-year-old from his starting XI for the clash with Leicester.
But the South Korean footballer was introduced on the 60th minutes and bagged a hat-trick to see Spurs to a 6-2 victory
Conte told Sky Sports: ”I like it When Sonny is Angry” Because he makes things happen.
“I am really happy for Sonny today. “You know what I think of the player. I said to him if you’re going to score three goals in 30 minutes ‘maybe we can repeat this experiment’, but I was joking.
“I’m lucky, I have a really good group of players, that are really good people. We have to start thinking in a different way if we are going to make the next step.”
