Yenagoa — Amayanabo of Twon Brass kingdom in Bayelsa State, HRM King Alfred Diete-Spiff and his wife, Queen Josephine Diete-Spiff celebrated with their Son, Prince Alfred Diete-Spiff Jnr as he graduated as an American Naval Officer, PulseNets reports.
PulseNets understands Prince Alfred Diete-Spiff Jnr followed in the footsteps of his father, who was also a Nigerian Naval officer. Alfred Papapreye Diete-Spiff was the first Military Governor of Rivers State, Nigeria, after it was created from part of the old Eastern Region, Nigeria. He held office from May 1967 until July 1975 during the military administration of General Yakubu Gowon. He was also a member of the Supreme Military Council.
Prince Alfred Diete-Spiff Jnr’s graduation from the United States Naval Academy is a significant accomplishment, not only for himself and his family but also for the Nigerian community in the United States. It is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and intelligence.
