Tinubu Vows to Defeat Terrorism and Banditry, Says Nigeria Will Never Surrender to Criminals
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has restated his administration’s resolve to confront terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other security threats across the country, stressing that the Federal Government will not yield to forces seeking to undermine Nigeria’s peace and stability.
The President made the declaration through the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, during the National Inter Denominational Church Service held at the National Christian Centre in Abuja on Sunday as part of events commemorating the 2026 Democracy Day celebration.
